Business Partner Program
If you own or have a leadership role in a business and are looking for motivated employees, CLIMB Wyoming is looking for you. Our program participants have completed job skills training and have proven themselves motivated and ready to work.
CLIMB Business Partners provide work experience to our CLIMB participants and have the opportunity for wage reimbursement during the 4 -12 week training period. At the end of the training period, employers may retain a participant in a permanent position; however, there is no obligation to hire participants beyond the program.
